The Personal Recovery PRO is a deceptively simple life-information management tool that guides individuals to gather the blended information that builds resilience at home and at work for both everyday disruptions and catastrophic events.
The fun Interactive e-Workshop makes resilience achievable and measurable. Its power is in its ability to streamline the information necessary to build a highly personalized plan based on the unique circumstances of an individual's family, geographic location and workplace role and responsibility.
The Personal Recovery PRO and the Interactive e-Workshop can be customized to meet many objectives, such as building granular workplace plans that link to macro workplace plans, solving for supply chain interdependencies, communicating key program updates and creating administrative efficiencies.
Enterprise programs use a learning management system with full back-end reporting. The quiz-based program proves student understanding and/or identifies gaps in understanding for remediation. Program completion reports can be generated at the individual or aggregate levels to prove compliance with standards and regulations. The system can also be used for ongoing program updates.
The Personal Resilience Certificate program can be deployed for groups or enterprise-wide. Implementation support includes full roll-out and reporting plans, communications, and cascade programs. We work consultatively to ensure the unique needs for each client is served.
When the organization’s employees have completed the program, it will earn a Workforce Resilience Seal. The Seal signals their readiness and availability to support clients who rely on them before, during and after a catastrophic event.
